PROPERTIES: RH Mode

Using RH probes in concrete is the ASTM approved method to test concrete before installing any type of floorcovering. Lignomat's RH BluePeg is totally inside the sleeve, and therefore can be left until the test is finished, removed and reused.                   RH Range: 0-99%,  Temp: 0 to 200 degrees F or -15 to 95 degrees C.

The Package V-2 consists of the Ligno-VersaTec, Electrode E12, BNC Cable and the Case M.

The Ligno-VersaTec was designed for versatility,  reliability and accuracy as well as sturdiness and ease of operation. The instruments have proven to perform well in rough mill environments with day-to-day usage.

One meter for all your moisture meter needs:

Fast scanning of wood and all flat surfaces of non-wood materials. Detection of different moisture levels in wood, drywall, concrete, etc.

Detailed depth measurements up to 7" deep, where ever the probe can reach. Works in wood for core readings. Works in all non-wood materials to indicate where excess moisture is hiding.

RH BluePeg can be used as a measuring device for ambient relative humidity and temperature or placed in a measuring sleeve, which can be inserted into a predrilled hone in the testing area.

Operation is that easy! Without studying pages and pages of operation manuals: Depress SET Button to check settings. Use up or down buttons to correct settings. Depress % Button for moisture readings. Instrument turns itself off automatically. At any time you can change from pin mode to scan mode by depressing up or down button.

Professional Packages and In-Kiln Monitors are available for the Ligno-VersaTec please contact Customer Service for detailed quotes.

We use our experience and expertise to manufacture moisture meters

that are consistently reliable and accurate.

RH BluePeg

The RH BluePeg is a sensor for relative humidity and temperature. Readings can be obtained wirebound with the Ligno-VersaTec.

The RH BluePeg conforms to the ASTM F2170 standard test method for determining the RH in concrete floor slabs.

Depth

Electrode

E12

The Electrode E12 can be used for wood or soft building materials (drywall, plaster...) to a maximum measuring depth of 2" (50mm). For up to 7" (17.5cm) measuring depth see >>Electrode E16>>

The slide hammer is moved up and down to drive the pins in and out of the wood. Teflon-insulated pins measure only between the tips and give core readings even if the surface is wet. The professional tool to obtain true core readings. Ideal for checking sub floors without removing floor boards or measuring fiber boards through stucco or testing structural lumber.

Pins for E12

Teflon-insulated pins for Electrode E12 only:

#DZ: Measuring depth 1" (25mm), total length 1 5/8" (42mm)

#DA: Measuring depth 1.5" (37mm), total length 1 5/8" (53mm)

#DB: Measuring depth 2" (50mm), total length 2 5/8" (68mm)

Cable for E12

The BNC Cable connects the Electrode E12 to the

Ligno-DuoTec F or C. The cable has BNC connectors on  both ends.

Standard cable length is 3 ft (1m), available also 6ft (2m).

#BNC Cable (3ft)

E-14C

-for soft building materials such as drywall, plaster, etc.

-for hard building materials such as concrete, masonry, brick, tile

Puch into soft building materials by hand, or tab on top of electrode to insert pins. Cable is attached to electrode. Weight is 8 ozs, length without pins is 3"

Electrode E14C plus Teflon insulated pins: 1 pair EG

Case

The black hardshell case has a double wall for sturdiness and a

foam insert for protection:

For Ligno-DuoTec K or C, Electrode E12 and BNC Cable.

(Scanner, Thermo-Hygrometer and/or Electrodes E16 can be added and fit into case M.)

Case #M: Size 13"x10"x4" (33x25x10cm)
